Esfolio Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to purchases made on the Esfolio website, www.esfolio.ph. For purchases made through other retailers, please get in touch with the retailer directly for their return policy.
Returns
We are delighted to offer a flexible return policy, accepting returns for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. The only condition is that the items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
We will issue a full refund for the returned item(s) using your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 5% of the purchase amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned items. Some sale items may be non-refundable, so please check the product information carefully before purchasing.
Return Shipping
As part of our return process, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning the merchandise to our distribution center. You may select the carrier that best suits your needs; a return label will not be provided.
Partial Cancellations and Return Processing
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate partial order cancellations. Once a return is received at our distribution center, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
